Registration for Kindergarten for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year is currently open online in FinalForms.
Children must be five years old on or before August 1 to attend kindergarten.
*PLEASE NOTE: OPEN ENROLLMENT FORMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL MARCH 1.
FinalForms Instructions:
- FinalForms can be accessed through our district website, stcschools.com, or the following link, FinalForms.
- Create a parent account if you do not already have one.
- Choose the correct school year, 24-25, by clicking on the calendar in the upper right corner.
- Add your student using the exact name as it appears on their birth certificate.
Parent/Guardian must upload the following documents to FinalForms:
- Child's official state birth certificate
- Current immunization records
- Court/custody documents (ALL pages), if applicable
- Parental photo identification (ex., driver's license, state ID, passport)
- Proof that the family resides in the St. Clairsville-Richland City School District (ex., current utility bill, rent receipt, etc.)
Kindergarten Screening Information:
Kindergarten screening takes place in May at the Elementary School building.
